Tasks
-Preparation of the project cash forecasts -Assisting the Corporate Risk Manager in the administration of a Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) -Assisting Project Management in the monthly project forecast including validation of the projected fee and percent complete forecast -Processing labor and AP job cost transfers -Managing subcontractor compliance with terms and conditions of the contract (i.e. insurance, bonds, waivers, CCIP enrollment, billing procedures) -Processing subcontractor and owner change orders in Oracle -Preparation of monthly owner requisitions -Review and approval of subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices -Monitoring the cash position of the project and completion of the monthly cash position analysis

-Our good faith estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is a base salary of $90,000-$120,000 if based in New York. Individual pay decisions will vary based upon the experience and qualifications of the applicant. This range is based upon NYC market rates and determined by considering many factors such as external market salary survey data, internal data for comparable roles, and the operational and budgetary objectives of the company. Suffolk also offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of its overall compensation strategy.
