The Role

Overview

Manage Brisbane retail centre portfolio, handling tenants, leases, budgets and operations.

Tasks

-Regular centre inspection to ensure the highest level of presentation. -Monthly financial reporting. -Monitor and follow up any maintenance related queries and works. -Manage and maintain bank guarantees. -Managing and keeping tenancy schedules accurate. -Provide support to the client in administering the requirements of leases and licenses. -Provide marketing and promotional activity support. -Assist in the preparation of annual income and expenditure budgets. -Establish strong relationships with occupiers including managing any complaints. -Provide CAPEX recommendations to the FM team.

What You Bring

-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. -Knowledge of Centre operations. -Previous experience in the Property industry (Retail management essential). -Proven time management and organisational skill. -Certificate of Registration / Agent’s Rep (essential). -Strong and demonstrated ability to build relationships. -Current Driver’s license (essential).
