-Perform data entry tasks with accuracy while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and log all customer interactions in the system. -Handle all inbound calls while delivering a world-class customer experience. -Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing all needs and concerns and communicating effectively. -Provide timely and accurate information about services offered. -Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer needs are meet, and assist with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
