Tasks

-Develop in-depth knowledge of each systems control logic, SCADA logic, future control improvements, and optimize functionality together. -A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members -Build SCADA logic library that is revision controlled and approved. Develop validation requirements for any future analytic deployment. -Support of global fleet improving the site tools and operations to streamline daily site management.

What You Bring

-Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time -Strong oral and written communication skills. -In-depth understanding of key business drivers; use this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. -Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. -Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. -Use judgment and ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters. -Ability and willingness to become certified to climb wind turbine -Use experience and acquired technical expertise to execute strategy. -Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in related engineering field. -Wind turbine controls or systems experience
