The Role

Overview

Oversee sprinkler system installs, managing crews, schedules, costs, and client coordination.

Tasks

-Manage multiple projects and make recommendations in response to changing conditions to meet contract schedules. -Hire and supervise field crews and coordinate schedules, managing labor hours and costs. -Conduct site visit walk throughs and coordinate inspections and test dates. -Develop and update weekly, 3-month, and 6-month job schedules, tracking project schedules, including start date, pipe on job date, end dates, test dates, and all other milestones. -Administer good construction safety practices and comply with all site-specific and company safety standards and reporting of accidents and injuries timely. -Attend project kick off meetings and work closely with Sales/Project Manager and design team on project specifications, billings, and change orders. -Represent the company in meetings with general contractor, owner, property manager, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and regulatory agencies for project schedules, test dates, progress reports, change orders, or other information. -Complete and maintain truck tool inventories. -Coordinate material deliveries, delivery and pick up of installation equipment, and monitor all job-related costs.
