Tasks

-Manage and lead emergency response efforts in coordination with property teams. -Oversee all contractor and vendor relationships, including RFPs, bidding, negotiation, and contract execution -Conduct regular property inspections to ensure physical condition standards are upheld -Create and collaborate on operational best practices and SOPs across the organization. -Develop reporting structures to monitor operational KPIs & exception reporting -Partner closely with internal departments (e.g., finance, IT, HR) to ensure aligned objectives and execution. -Plan and manage capital improvement projects from scoping through completion -Drive performance to meet or exceed budgeted NOI targets -Oversee team of Regional Managers, senior Community Directors, and Maintenance leadership -Lead day-to-day operational oversight across all properties in the portfolio

What You Bring

-Calm, decisive, and focused under pressure; able to lead through emergencies and crises -Experience managing large teams, vendor relationships, and complex capital projects -Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations, with a strong background in multifamily real estate -Strong leadership presence and collaborative mindset -Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Experience with Yardi is a plus -Portfolio is located primarily in Philadelphia, with some locations in FL, IL, OH, and TN. Willingness to travel occasionally is a plus -Experience as a property manager, regional manager -Deep knowledge of multifamily operational standards, financial performance drivers, and regulatory requirements -Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities
