Tasks

-Drive revenue through sales performance, pipeline discipline, builder acquisition, and key-account growth. -Collaborate nationally on strategic projects, technology improvements and process innovation. -Ensure operational excellence in installations and customer satisfaction. -Deliver on state revenue, gross profit and DIFOT performance targets. -Take ownership of a key growth market, leading with autonomy and influence, reporting to the Group Commercial Manager and working closely with the Managing Director. -Strengthen builder partnerships through reliability, communication and trust. -Lead and develop a high-performing team across sales and operations. -Drive forecasting accuracy, margin control and cost-to-serve efficiency, and sustainability.

What You Bring

-Operational discipline, planning and delivery performance management. -Experience managing sales, operations or business units with full commercial accountability. -Exceptional communication and people leadership skills. -Strong financial literacy, including understanding of cost-to-serve, GP%, forecasting and KPIs. -A strong background in sales leadership, business development and key account management. -Relevant experience within the construction, manufacturing or building materials industries (B2B supply).
