Overview

Repair and maintain mechanical/hydraulic equipment, weld/fabricate parts, ensure plant uptime.

Tasks

-Leads safe work practices and maintains a safety-first attitude -Works rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as required -Troubleshoots mechanical drives and manufacturing equipment to ensure operational uptime -Maintains regular, full-time, onsite attendance as an essential job function -Conducts preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime -Performs mechanical and hydraulic maintenance on industrial equipment and systems throughout the plant -Prepares detailed reports documenting work performed in accordance with company requirements -Promotes and adheres to OSHA and company safety procedures including LOTO, Arc Flash, and other regulations -Welds, cuts, and fabricates parts for equipment installation and repair

What You Bring

-Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills -5 years of experience in an industrial environment performing mechanical and hydraulic maintenance -Comfortable working at elevated heights -Trade or technical school diploma preferred (including welding, hydraulics, blueprint reading, mechanical training) -Must be able to work in physically demanding conditions, including standing for long periods, climbing, lifting, bending, and working in elevated or confined spaces as needed. -High school diploma or equivalent required -Strong fabrication, welding, and cutting skills -Certified Welder (3G Plate and other certifications preferred) -Proficient in mechanical and hydraulic system troubleshooting -Computer literate and capable of interfacing with maintenance systems -Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
