Overview

Design and deliver bridges and civil structures for infrastructure projects.

Tasks

-Assist in the design of bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and other civil structures across rail, highway, and energy sectors -Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery -Contribute to best practice initiatives and sustainability goals within the team -Support feasibility studies, scheme and detailed designs, and construction-phase technical reviews -Contribute to drawing production, specifications, and engineering reports -Participate in client meetings and internal design reviews -Engage in proposal preparation and tender submissions

What You Bring

-Experience in infrastructure or bridge design -Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., Eurocodes, MCHW, DMRB, NR standards etc) -Strong communication and teamwork skills -Master’s degree in mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering or above. -Working toward Chartered Engineer status (or recently achieved) -Ability to manage time effectively, contribute to multiple projects and under programme pressure -Strong Analytical skills with experience of using structural analysis software (e.g., MIDAS, SOFiSTiK)
