Tasks

To perform a manufacturing and supervisory role in a factory environment and related Duties to include operation and preventive maintenance of roll forming equipment and manage the general production as per manufacturing schedules as provided by the activities to roll forming and fabrications. Roll Forming of roofing/cladding profiles/standing seam, metal CNC fabrications. -Keeps equipment operational by planned preventative maintenance in conjunction -Ensures personnel follow manufacturing SOPs and follow HSE and QA/QC rules and -Issues Inspection requests to Production Engineer for forward coordination with -Initiates production reports including daily production reports, weekly/monthly -Optimize utilization of material and equipment to execute plans as agreed with -Executes works as per the target fabrication schedule agreed with the Production -Operate CNC Guillotine in correct and safe manor. -Issues material and equipment schedules to production engineer as needed. -Ensures that safety policies/instructions are communicated to/adhered by the -Operate Roll Forming Equipment in correct and safe manor. -Operate CNC Brake Press in correct and safe manor.
