-Lead industrial projects of high complexity and size, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. -Ensure design intent is maintained through documentation and construction phases. -Present technical information to stakeholders and support earlyphase project development. -Evaluate and coordinate building systems and materials to align with design intent. -Collaborate with contractors and construction managers in various delivery models. -Incorporate sustainable design principles into industrial projects. -Apply strong Revit skills to develop detailed models and documentation. -Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative environment. -Mentor junior team members and support their professional development. -Analyze site conditions including environmental, geotechnical, and contextual factors. -Set and maintain high standards for project deliverables and quality assurance.

What You Bring

-Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial architecture projects. -Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture. -Demonstrate experience with manufacturing, logistics, data centers, and other industrial facilities. -Strong leadership and project delivery skills in industrial architecture. -Excellent Revit proficiency and BIM coordination experience. -Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility, and lifesafety standards. -OAA or LTOAA registration preferred. -Stay current with building codes, construction methods, and industrial technologies. -Ability to mentor and lead teams effectively. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Knowledge of industrial construction systems, materials, and specifications. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, Newforma, and Bluebeam.
