What You Bring

-Strategic problem-solving skills and advanced technical knowledge in transportation planning or engineering -15+ years of relevant planning or engineering experience, including leadership in developing and implementing transportation solutions for sustainable programs -Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently -Familiarity with emerging trends in transportation, connected infrastructure, and climate-resilient transportation systems -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop and deliver professional presentations -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field -Strong professional consulting skills, including project management, client relationship management, and commercial acumen at senior management levels -Understanding of BC and AB public and private sector client needs and policies -Registered Professional Planner (RPP), Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), or equivalent certification -Experience leading multidisciplinary transportation projects for municipal clients -Experience winning and leading major projects -Recognized expert in transportation planning or engineering with a well-established professional network -Proven project success on medium-sized projects or portions of large projects, including effective direction of project teams for project execution
