Tasks

The client is seeking an Enterprise Security Awareness & Relations Specialist responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive security awareness program that promotes a strong security culture across the organization. This role leads initiatives that reduce human risk, strengthen employee understanding of security best practices, and provide key reporting for senior leadership. The position also builds and maintains strong relationships across departments to enhance Enterprise Security messaging and continuously improve program effectiveness. -Develop and maintain enterprise security training materials and communication content. -Manage and evolve the Social Engineering Program to address human risk. -Lead end-to-end planning and execution of company-wide security awareness initiatives (e.g., Cyber Security Awareness Month). -Prepare security reports and updates for senior leadership, including the Audit Committee and Board of Directors. -Maintain stakeholder relationships, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. -Collaborate with internal teams and Corporate Communications to align messaging and promote a culture of security awareness. -Create clear, timely communications in response to security incidents and emerging threats. -Measure and report on program effectiveness using defined metrics and dashboards.

What You Bring

Rotation: Mon-Fri 8 hours a day -Strong knowledge and experience in security awareness, communication, or a related field. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to analyze data and metrics to enhance program outcomes. -Skilled at translating complex or technical topics into clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences.
