- Assist with the preparation of tender documents, take-offs and BOQs.
- Help manage variations, change orders and contract documentation alongside the project team
- Maintain and update cost databases, historical benchmarking and trade-package information.
- Support Senior Estimators by preparing cost estimates for concrete repair, structural remediation, façade and waterproofing work.
- Request, compare, and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations.

- 1–3 years’ experience in estimating, preferably within the remedial or fit out & refurbishment space
- Good numerical, analytical and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with estimating software is a plus
- Strong communication skills, able to liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications and measurement take-offs
- Sydney-based role with exposure across projects in NSW.
- Excellent opportunity to build estimating skills in a niche specialist field (structural repair, waterproofing, façade)
