Tasks

-Embedding continuous learning and best practice sharing, while supporting purpose-led growth, client experience, brand visibility and net-zero goals. -Driving large pursuits as lead bid manager, overseeing quality checks, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement. Championing market insights and evolving bid practices to deliver proactive strategies that meet client needs and unlock opportunities. -Elevating proposal quality through creativity, compliance and client-focused storytelling. -Partnering with SLT to set priorities and drive inclusive growth. Leading resource planning and development across bidding teams, managing 10–12 submissions simultaneously and supporting team members.

What You Bring

-Experience working in the Middle East in the construction industry is essential for this role -A relevant degree qualification. CIM level 5 and APMP professional accreditation is an advantage. -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, adaptable approach to shifting priorities and managing stakeholder expectations.
