Tasks

-Leading workshops and training sessions to foster stakeholder alignment and digital literacy. -Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, navigating digital delivery frameworks and ISO 19650 compliance. -Overseeing structured data delivery (COBie, IFC, Uniclass) and managing the transition to Asset Information Models (AIMs) for operational use. -Developing and reviewing critical documentation such as Exchange Information Requirements (EIRs), Asset Information Requirements (AIRs), and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). -Driving quality assurance, resolving informationrelated issues, and coordinating seamless data exchanges. -Establishing and governing Common Data Environments (CDEs) to enable secure, collaborative workflows across multidisciplinary teams.
