Overview
Third‑tier software support for medical monitoring products, on‑site & remote.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Engage in Beta Pilot and Limited Market Release efforts for new products. -Thoroughly document and share field observations with the R&D team. -Travel to customer locations with minimal notice when needed. -Provide feedback to the R&D team on how to make products easier to deploy and support in the field. -Participate in cross-functional reviews of field issues. -Become a subject matter expert on the full suite of product offerings. -Provide guidance to customers on configuring their environments for optimal product use. -Engage remotely and on-site with customers to investigate and document product issues. -Examine product code to identify root causes of issues and develop fixes. -Collaborate with support and services teams, providing technical documentation as needed. -Collaborate with engineers cross-functionally to develop new product features and capabilities. -Support efforts to ensure products are available for demonstration by the Sales Team. -Be available for after-hours or weekend support in emergency customer situations. -Provide support and code changes for the cloud-based demo website used for sales and training.

What You Bring
-Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting. -Effective communication skills, both verbally and in written form. -Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB. -Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, software engineering, or computer science. -Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases. -Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMWare and Azure. -Experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems. -Experience with C# programming language or similar. -Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure. -Experience with Active Directory for authentication and authorization.
