The Role
Overview
Manage defence clothing inventory, transactions, and compliance across national network.

Tasks
-Respond to inventory trends and coordinate stock allocation to meet customer needs. -Engage with Clothing stores and support Fleet Managers in issue resolution. -Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure contractual compliance. -Monitor stock movement using Defence systems such as CVS, MILIS, and SAP. -Promote a customer-focused culture and contribute to continuous improvement. -Manage inventory transactions and distribution across the Clothing network.

What You Bring
-Must hold or be eligible for Defence Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1, NV2, or PV). -Australian Citizenship (required for Defence Security Clearance eligibility). -Must pass an Australian Federal Police check and maintain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC). -Strong communication and problem-solving skills. -Experience within the Defence sector (preferred). -Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a small team. -Proficiency in Defence systems including MILIS/ERP. -Minimum 3 years’ experience in a logistics or supply chain environment.
