Accounts Payable Manager

Tasks

-Support ERP system transitions and upgrades, including testing, training, and documentation. -Prepare and analyze AP reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review. -Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. -Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment runs, vendor reconciliations, and month-end close activities. -Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows. -Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. -Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage escalations professionally. -Lead and mentor a team of AP specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

What You Bring

-Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. -Experience with IFS or similar ERP platforms. -Proven experience supervising and developing teams. -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AP automation tools. -Strong understanding of ERP systems and willingness to lead system transitions. -5–10 years of progressive experience in accounts payable, preferably in a manufacturing setting. -Demonstrated success in change management and process optimization.
