Client Account Manager

Tasks

This is a client facing role and the successful candidate will need to ensure that all queries are dealt with as a priority, to ensure first-class client service delivery and a smooth-running experience for the client. A variety of systems will be interacted with such as CRM, our internal management system, HR system and Microsoft Office 365. The main responsibility for the successful candidate is to deliver excellent client experience across a number of client accounts. This role will report to the Head of Client Management. -Offering resources and support to enhance your overall well-being. -Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities. -Covering existing medical conditions, routine check-ups, GP-referred services, and dental and optical care. -Regular client reporting. -Hosting and attending client meetings, including the production of meeting agendas and notes/actions. -Enhance upon and deliver demonstrations/presentations. -Understanding new client requirements, assessing the impact on the generic product and analysing the development requirements. -Supporting the wider Business Development team with day-to-day tasks.
