Tasks

-Communicates assessment results to team and plant management -Analyzes plant data and conducts interviews and observations to identify issues and their causes -Identifies evaluation process and performance weaknesses and supports actions to address deficiencies -Support Nuclear Assurance (NA) in audits and assessments -Establishes effective working relationships with assessment team members and nuclear site functional area managers -Assists team management in preparing for assessments by gathering data and information -Evaluates organizational effectiveness to identify business unit improvement opportunities that impact nuclear safety and reliability -Leads small teams to gather process observations and develop recommendations to strengthen nuclear safety culture and practices

-Trending, industry developments and benchmarking experience: 4+ years -Senior Reactor Operator Certification -In absence of degree: 13+ years of nuclear experience and 4+ years of nuclear oversight experience -Experience: 10+ years -Experience with business unit practices, procedures, and standards in more than one work area: 5+ years -Bachelor's Degree -Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years -Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience -Experience evaluating organizational effectiveness including nuclear safety culture: 2+ years -High School Grad / GED
