Tasks

Due to continued growth, our client's aftercare and support business is seeking a dedicated Wastewater Operations Support Engineer covering the Brisbane Metro area. This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence to ensure optimal performance of water treatment systems across multiple industries. -Manage chemical dosing programs and monitor system performance across industries such as mineral processing, infrastructure, food and beverage, and manufacturing. -Perform on-site assessments, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting for wastewater treatment systems, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. -Provide clients with technical reports and recommendations for system improvements. -Respond promptly to customer service requests and emergency situations. -Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all client systems. -Support customers post installation and commissioning with any troubleshooting and aftercare requirements -Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering or demonstrable hands on experience as an Operator. -Valid driver's license and willingness to travel -Experience in water & wastewater treatment systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation. -Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. -Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude. -Certification in water treatment technologies preferred.
