Alternative Delivery Pursuit Manager

Tasks

-Collaborate with internal teams, developers, stakeholders, and design consultants to ensure project success. -Oversee project risks and opportunities. -Manage project contracts with owners, design, and construction partners. -Develop and submit technical and price proposal documents. -Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data, and instruction – prepare, provide, and convey diversified information. -Actively participate in meetings with owners, developers, partners, and subcontractors. -Manage project pursuit development, resource planning, and budgeting. -Lead the pursuit effort for large-scale infrastructure projects, coordinating pre-construction, design, and estimating teams. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of design development, construction estimating, and construction methods. -Experience with scheduling software (Microsoft Project, P-6). -Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level. -Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.). Moderate dexterity – regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination. -Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects ($500M+). -Strong relationship-building and networking skills. -Knowledge of HCSS and civil project field experience. -10+ years of experience in alternative delivery projects with increasing responsibility. -Ability to travel as needed for projects. -Experience with Alternative Delivery methods such as DB, CMGC, Progressive DB, and P3. -Experience with state DOTs is highly valuable.
