Tasks

-Develop, administer, and ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan for projects, following the Army Corps Three Phases of Control. -Certify that all submittals, plans, and specifications meet contract requirements, and oversee evaluations and testing by approved personnel or facilities. -Provide documented evaluations and corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards and minimize recurring issues.

-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills -Experience with Procore and RMS -Proven experience as a QCM on similar federal projects -Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF -OSHA 30 hour -Excellent organizational and leadership abilities -USACE CQM Certification -In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards
