Tasks

-Collaborate daily with Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. -Maintain and update customer and sales records in our CRM and financial systems. -Help us maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 85% or higher through clear, proactive communication. -Partner with Sales Consultants to verify paperwork and relay customer feedback internally. -Accurately process sales orders and ensure all financial data is up to date. -Coordinate with our loan vendor to manage and update customer financing accounts. -Assist customers with finance-related inquiries and provide timely updates on loan statuses.

What You Bring

-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; thrives under pressure. -Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Finance Administrator, or similar role. -Strong communication skills, especially over the phone, with a customer-first mindset. -Familiarity with CRM and/or accounting software.
