Tasks

-Develop synergy opportunities cross product lines; Training B-Line product portofolio at GEIS partners and key accounts. -Formulate action plans for industrial markets and customers, update action plans regularly, and summarize it for the periodic sales reviews. -Identify and develop new opportunities and deliver value proposition proposals to the Data Center segment. -Conduct opportunity assessments and business case development for new initiatives. -Pursue proactive customer visits to create opportunities and establish professional relationships with companies, contractors, and end-user customers. -Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities. -Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new verticals and geographies. -Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and launch our market presence for cable management in ANZ. -Support existing customers with channel partners to generate sales and orders to achieve growth and targeted projections. -Develop the B Line business through new segment/industry/application research.

What You Bring

-10 years in industrial or electrical sectors, among which 5 years within business development or channel sales preferably in cable management. -Strong initiative and growth mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and create a plan to launch a new product into the ANZ market. -Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills -Electrical design or installation experience within an industrial or data centre segment.
