  • Prepare the “front end” of appraisal reports using C&W templates, including market and regional analysis, property mapping, tax comparables, and formatting.
  • Track project workflows and key milestones, including receipt of projects, hours spent, internal deadlines, and client due dates, to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, including identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions that increase team competitiveness and operational performance.
  • Support the development, refinement, and implementation of operational systems and workflows that enhance team efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Compile and synthesize local area and market analyses utilizing CoStar, Reis, and publicly available data sources such as tax records, zoning information, and local municipal databases.
  • Conduct property-specific research, including taxes, zoning, building data, and assignment information. Communicate with local government entities and appraisers to confirm information as necessary.
  • Perform competitor and property-specific analyses to support report development.
  • Assist in parsing and analyzing large data sets, including transferring data from PDFs into Excel.
  • Review and quality check engagement letters and set-up information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
