Admin coordinator handling shipping/receiving, communication, and documentation.

Tasks

-Organize and prioritize workload, working with tight deadlines. -Sign drivers in and out. -Communicate with carriers to establish efficiency with shipping and delivery of products. -Assist with coordinating the activities of incoming and outgoing shipments. -Verify shipping and receiving information, prepare documents, process freight bills, packing sheets, and other necessary -Direct carriers to dock doors upon arrival and update in system to ensure accuracy upon unloading/loading of goods and materials.

What You Bring

-Good attendance record and good work ethic. -Ability to prioritize needs and reassess business demands. -Fluency with both Spanish and English, including high proficiency in reading, writing and speaking. -Must be 18 years or older. -Minimum 1 year Shipping and Receiving administration experience required. -Outstanding organizational skills with great attention to detail. -Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel, Outlook and Word. -Typing speeds of 45+ wpm. -Flexible with schedule, including over-time, Saturdays and/or Sundays as needed. -Capable of working in a very fast-paced and ever-changing day-to-day operation while being able to stay on task and multi-task as needed.
