What You Bring

-A working knowledge of Sage Estimating Software is preferred -5-7 years of Estimating in a construction environment -Must have valid driver's license -Previous experience in estimating/project management is preferred -Experience in preparing detailed energy modeling studies is a plus -Thorough working knowledge of MS Office software including MS Word, MS Excel is required -Primavera software scheduling experience is a plus -Craft meticulous scopes of work that provide clarity and direction to project stakeholders -BS degree in a construction related field is preferred (civil engineering, construction management, construction technology, etc.)
