Tasks

-Prepare material take-offs and verification on existing and new product categories -Maintain system set-up and customization -Develop and maintain relationships with vendors -Develop and maintain specifications and scopes of work -Responsible for bid collection, specification details, plan updates, software implementation -Ongoing process improvement tasks between purchasing, design studio, and sales -Correlate with Construction management regarding adjustments to plans, vendors, materials, etc.

What You Bring

-Experience in Construction estimating Skilled user in MS Excel, New Star, BuildPro/SupplyPro a plus. -BA in Construction Management, Building Sciences or related discipline -Strong interpersonal and technical skills -Proven experience with floor plan development and design -Ability to adapt to changing priorities or projects -3+ years minimum of residential or commercial material take-off experience
