Tasks

-Conduct inspections, audits, and material testing to maintain high-quality standards. -Maintain accurate quality records and prepare reports for management and clients. -Review and approve quality documentation, including method statements, test reports, and as-built records. -Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and checklists. -Support non-conformance management and corrective action processes. -Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and project management on quality matters. -Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance construction quality and efficiency. -Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and industry standards. -Provide technical guidance and training to site teams on quality standards.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with airport operational standards and ORAT requirements. -Experience with BIM and quality tracking platforms. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. -Experience with airport or airfield construction projects is highly desirable. -Minimum 8 years in quality management for civil works on infrastructure projects. -Strong understanding of civil engineering standards, codes, and inspection procedures. -Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. -Proficient in QA/QC software, MS Office, and documentation systems. -Professional certification such as CQE, ISO auditor, or equivalent.
