  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Provide technical advice to stakeholders and support continuous improvement in our surveying processes
  • Completion of all new starter documentation including signed T&C’s
  • Validate survey data to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality assurance
  • Carry out stock condition, energy performance, asbestos re-inspection, and HHSRS surveys
  • Analyse data to support investment planning and compliance
  • You’ll be responsible for conducting a range of technical property surveys to inform our strategic asset decisions. You will:

The role is based in Warrington, with travel to other locations as required.

You’ll bring strong knowledge of construction legislation, health and safety standards, and experience across a range of building surveys. Collaborative working with colleagues and stakeholders will be key to delivering a seamless, value-for-money service.

  • Strong knowledge of health & safety and housing standards, including Decent Homes and HHSRS
  • Excellent communication, IT, and stakeholder management skills
  • Qualification certificate check
  • Right to work verification
  • Experience in asset-related surveys including energy and stock condition surveys
  • 2x Completed references
  • OH Health Questionnaire – Fit For Work
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North West
  • A relevant construction qualification (Level 4 or equivalent)
  • Experience with electronic data capture and an understanding of value for money in service delivery will be advantageous.
  • DBS check (if required for role)
