Territory/Rep Assistant (Hourly)

Assist sales reps with admin, data, warranty, and marketing tasks.

Tasks

-Follow up on all expired warranties and TremCares to expand regional effort on renewing these services. -Interface with and help the National Sales Office Manager gather information when requested. -Sales and Market research and investigation on select topics for select sales representatives. -Create and maintain a database of jobs, references, photos, etc. -Work with OLI to comb through records looking for more possible work. -Interface with IT to create and maintain a social media presence for Sales Rep. -Interface with the Warranty Department to solve problems and get warranties issued. -Work with the sales representative(s) to create territorial marketing efforts. -Interface with customer service to obtain information necessary to ship orders. -Interface with WTI GS to obtain information to begin and bill orders.

What You Bring

-Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. -Excellent organizational skills -Strong computer skills using MS products. -Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as experience dealing with a sales force daily. -Four to seven years related experience and/or training -Ability to work independently -Must have prior experience in sales support performing a variety of administrative duties -Strong interpersonal skills. -Four to ten years’ related experience and/or training in similar role.
