Overview

Lead and manage transmission, substation and distribution project execution.

Tasks

-Accountable for all phases of the project life cycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and close out -Recognize, identify, track and control change -Analyze issues and provide solutions to improve results -Responsible for project execution, contract administration, planning and resource management -Identify and control construction risk -Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with client functional leads and stakeholders -Prepare reports that project information in a clear and concise manner and meet client requirements -Support the reporting of key performance indicators for schedule, budget and other dashboard items -Lead efforts to ensure projects are completed safely, satisfactorily, on time, and within budget -Manage and direct the project team to ensure accountability; mentor and coach team members -Take ownership for all aspects of project performance including safety, schedule, budget, reporting and client experience through entire project life cycle -Communicate and consult with appropriate stakeholders and supervisors

What You Bring

-PMP Certification is a plus -A BS in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar degree -Comfortable with a pproximately 10-25% domestic travel -Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities is critical to success -7+ years of experience in Project Management of Utility, Construction, Engineering, or other relevant experience -Construction/field knowledge or experience is a plus -FSA & HSA -Engineering design experience is a plus -Experience with serving as a firm/client liaison in a support or lead role -Ability to work in a collaborative team setting -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
