Tasks

This role combines desktop support, IT infrastructure management, and general technology services. You’ll be responsible for installing and troubleshooting systems, supporting end-users, managing networks, and contributing to company-wide tech initiatives. -Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless, and connectivity issues -Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure and application projects -Assist with patch management, software deployment, and system diagnostics -Support data backup, disaster recovery, and IT security protocols -Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers -Participate in onboarding/offboarding processes and user training initiatives -Provide end-user support through phone, remote, and in-person assistance -Manage user accounts and group policies in Active Directory and other systems -Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and user guides -Support and upgrade Windows/Linux OS and enterprise software (SQL, Exchange, etc.)
