Description

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners, including suppliers and subcontractors
• Implement construction best practices that promote efficiency and quality while minimizing risks and enhancing safety
• Plan, execute, and oversee all construction activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
• Prepare clear and detailed project updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management
• Conduct regular inspections and site visits to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
• Coordinate with project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and teamwork
• Drive a culture of safety and quality on-site, ensuring all team members are aware of and adhere to safety protocols
• Manage budgets and resource allocation, ensuring optimization and effective utilization of materials and labor

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, specializing in large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and project management concepts
• Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing high-stakes construction projects successfully
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• Familiarity with construction management software and project tracking tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in the Middle East construction industry is highly advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical solutions
