  • Leading a team of Structural Engineers and Designers in the development of calculations, specifications, construction drawings, and the structural model.
  • Contribute to the Operations Centre Leadership Team; work collaboratively with other members of the leadership team to deliver strategic and growth objectives.
  • Lead the team to deliver against agreed goals, strategies and KPI’s.
  • Preparation and checking of the detailed structural calculations and detailed checking of the drawings in line with the project quality procedures
  • Participate in and champion internal, cross-discipline, and external project quality.
  • Understand Project Procedure, Execution Plans, Quality Plans and assist Project Manager in the proper execution of the project activities
  • Attend project meetings and take an active role to help team resolve concerns and solve problems across all disciplines
  • Understanding the basic structural engineering principles and leading a team of assistant engineers & drafters in delivering detailed design
  • Communicate/coordinate within the team and with the Client/lead office to ensure project needs are being addressed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and manage schedule, budget, and staffing forecasts for the structural scope.
  • Assists in the leadership of functional teams or projects.
  • Take ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the deliverables, including calculations and all construction documents.

  • Capable of interacting with all stakeholders including client and vendors
  • Fully understand all structural scope, recognize how that scope is both generated and impacted by other disciplines, and identify scope change.
  • Should be open for short travel and deputation to other offices, where required
  • Capable of leading / handling large projects independently
  • Middle East Projects Experience is Mandatory
  • Ability to develop Structural concepts to effectively compliment Architectural designs
  • Experience into analysis & design of buildings of various sectors like Data Centers, High Rise Buildings, Hospitality, Healthcare, etc.
