The Role

Overview

Provides admin, coordination and data management support to the Asset Management Technical Authority.

Tasks

-manage and maintain lists of capable, qualified staff, -manage record handling and processing data, setting up new project workspaces, managing and assuring access requests, -administer the AM TA Office internal processes. -provide team administration support to leadership and wider team meetings, including managing action logs, -help with logging and co-ordination of responses to AM TA Office enquiries. -help to manage the AM TA SharePoint site, such as content creation, updates, setting up and managing workspaces and creating news items, -support the managers and team across ongoing AM TA Office tasks that need to be developed, such as engagement with practitioners and reporting, -provide secretariat support to internal Boards and groups such as the National Engineering and Innovation Panel,

What You Bring

-you will be able to collate and maintain accurate information. Digitising and automation skills are desirable, -you will need good organisational skills including self-management, tracking workload and prioritising tasks, -experience of managing SharePoint sites and information in a variety of MS office formats. -knowledge of asset management and/or engineering is desirable. -you will have good communication skills. You must be able to engage with a range of people, including senior staff, -you will have good attention to detail, able to develop and maintain information and records, -confidence in using IT Systems and MS Office, -you must be able to work as part of a dispersed team,
