  • Regularly attend meetings along with or in the representation of County and contractor
  • Work with contractors to plan and coordinate work, and resolve issues in work areas
  • Observe and identify any non-compliance with plans and specifications
  • Assist staff in reviewing and analyzing contractor project schedules
  • Address scheduling concerns, sequence operations, and other contract labor compliance and administrative matters
  • Support communication and implementation of safety rules and regulations

  • Experience with HVAC, civil, storage tanks and bus lift construction, installation and maintenance.
  • Experience with GCCM Delivery

  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
  • Design-Build Professional (DBIA)
  • Certified Associate Construction Manager (CACM)
