The Role

Overview

Coordinate contracts, documentation, and office tasks for construction projects.

Tasks

-General office/jobsite items – coordinate trailer cleaning, office inventory and break room inventory -Upload contractual documents to sub module in CMiC, e.g., executed contracts, insurance certificates, executive change orders) -Change management – support PM/PE/Cost Controls Manager with uploading, posting and issuing sub SCO’s -General document control for the team – ordering drawings, sending for scanning, etc. -Closeout – depending on the project, do all or some of the close out, e.g., logs, gathering, packaging; coordinate with project team to ensure closeout is per the owner contract and expectations -Coordinate with Regional Archivist and IT to archive project -Help facilitate field new hire process and onboarding as needed -Help complete project safety requirements, including the Emergency Response Plan, site specific orientation, site clinic with map and MPN Acknowledgement Form and documents for distribution -Maintain compliance module -Maintain and organize project files (digital, hard copy) using company standards as much as possible -Cost management – help maintain and track General Conditions budget as directed -Subcontracts – write contracts from completed A2 or SK Request

What You Bring

-Ability to think critically and prioritize work tasks -Knowledge of ACC a plus -E-time – if required on your job, enter field time and/or approve field time in Rumbix -Ability to create and support team morale -3+ years of prior experience in general office, administrative or other related work -Proficient in Bluebeam and CMiC -Ability to identify and resolve complex issues -Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills -Current CPR/First Aid certification -Ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines -Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
