Provides executive assistance to MD & handles HR tasks in an architectural firm.

Tasks
-Prepare Monthly Management Meeting Reports and circulate Minutes. -Respond to employee queries related to HR. -Manage and organise external / internal events -Prepare employment contracts and manage the onboarding process. -Printing / photocopying / scanning / filing / binding. -Prepare PowerPoint Presentations and Reports -Maintain and update internal databases regarding annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, etc., -Diary Management / Arrange Meetings -Handle employee maternity leave requests, return dates, accrued leave, and inform payroll accordingly. -Assist with Reception cover -Collaborate with the Managing Director to maintain and update policies and procedures. -Prepare / edit spreadsheets.

What You Bring
This role requires a candidate with a strong professional services background. The main element of this role is one on one executive assistant support. You will need to have previous EA experience working to management or Board level with a high level of confidentiality while building relationships with the wider leadership team. Based in Dublin 2, this role is a perfect match for someone who has had comparable experience in executive assistant roles and is eager to develop their career in an innovative organisation. -Possess strong organisational and follow-up skills. -Proactive individual demonstrating pro-active approach to work -Excellent working knowledge in MS Office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook -5 years' of proven work experience as an Executive Assistant -Excellent internal and external communication skills, (verbal, written, listening) -Knowledge of HR policies and procedures -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with the team, directors and all staff members.
