Tasks

-Prepare valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts -Administer contracts in line with NEC frameworks -Provide clear, accurate financial reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders -Work collaboratively with operational teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and profitably -Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks and opportunities -Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets and forecasts -Support tendering processes, subcontractor procurement, and contract negotiation

What You Bring

If we make you a job offer, before commencing employment with us, you'll be required to fully complete our pre-employment screening process consisting of a basic DBS. Enerveo are committed to offering fair opportunities to those with previous criminal convictions and will consider each case on its individual circumstances. -Working knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management best practice -Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline -A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the South region -Experience in a Quantity Surveyor or similar commercial role, ideally within the highways, utilities, or electrical contracting sectors -A proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration -Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills

Working Pattern: Permanent, Full Time (37 Hours) Salary: From £38,212 - £58,945 depending on skills and experience and working hours - Car Allowance, plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
