Tasks

-Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, delivering outstanding customer service at all times. -Refresh banquet rooms throughout events according to the schedule and service expectations. -Collaborate with team members to provide seamless event service and support. -Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of all banquet equipment and service areas. -Stay knowledgeable about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests with inquiries. -Maintain safe food and beverage handling practices in alignment with hotel, brand, and company policies. -Set up and break down function rooms and event spaces based on group specifications and hotel standards.

What You Bring

-Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow proper sanitation procedures. -Knowledge of local attractions and events is a plus. -Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, as required to meet the needs of the Company’s business operations. -This is a physical position and will require the ability to lift and carry tables and other Banquet items. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first attitude. -Familiarity with banquet room setups (e.g., theater, classroom, U-shape) and standard equipment. -Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality or events industry preferred.
