What You Bring
-Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership reporting -Critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment -Highly organised, able to prioritise under pressure -Property or construction experience (preferred) -Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building -Attention to detail and self-starter mindset. -Strong collaboration and influencing skills across teams and stakeholders -5+ years’ experience supporting senior leaders in coordination roles -Knowledge of governance and continuous improvement in complex environments -Skilled in applying Lean principles for process improvement -Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with change -Advanced Microsoft skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
