Tasks
The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the Property Management Office to provide seamless day to day operations. S/he will report to the Client Service Manager and will be located at 125 Highstreet Street in Boston, MA. -Assist with catering requests as needed -Assist the Client Service Manager (CSM) in distribution of monthly rent statements and processing invoices in a timely manner -Organize and restock office supplies & refreshments -Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, overnight deliveries, and courier service -Assist the Property Management team with projects and communication -Maintain certificates of insurance for contractors, customers, and vendors -Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to customer needs in a timely manner -Distribute daily freight elevator and loading dock schedule -Update all directories and emergency contact lists as needed -Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers and visitors -Support Tishman Speyer’s hospitality initiatives -Schedule periodic contracted services with building vendors as needed -Be the first point-of-contact and concierge in the Property Management Office (PMO) and 9OFS (event venue) -Actively support the Property Management team in fostering long lasting relationships -Provide exceptional customer service -Assist new customers with onboarding procedures -Provide support to ensure smooth operations of the PMO -Manage customer requests using our work order system and coordinate with building operations team -Promote Tishman Speyer’s ZO. amenity offerings -Update office files as and when required

*Onsite presence is required for this position. The successful candidate will be organized, have an eye for detail and a passion for customer service. -Prolonged periods of standing -At least one year of experience in either commercial real estate or hospitality industry -Occasionally lift and/or move 10-20 lbs -Thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment -Frequent use of hands and fingers to write, type, and grasp documents and items -Frequent walking -Frequent use of arms to reach, pull, and push -Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent -Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills -Bachelor’s degree -Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writing

Benefits
The base compensation range for this role is $55,000 to $60,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees. This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyer’s New York team, as we’ve considered factors specific to this geography.
