  • Proactively look for opportunities to improve process and feed ideas into local meetings and continuous improvement groups.
  • Produce effective and efficient plans by utilising data to ensure priorities and SLAs are met.
  • Liaise with the highway authorities to ensure compliance to street works regulations and guidelines.
  • Effectively use NRSWA knowledge to ensure work is delivered right first time, with no financial impact.
  • Keep our customers informed on the status of their work requests and explain the steps required to complete necessary work to their satisfaction.
  • Produce reporting to demonstrate utilisation of resource.
  • Use information received from multiple sources to create high quality field operations within our workforce management system.
  • Work in collaboration with field operations to ensure schedules are deliverable.

  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex information.
  • NRSWA qualification.
  • Knowledge of Street manager system and SAP interface to maximise outputs
  • Ability to react in situations where plans and priorities change at short notice.
  • Experience of liaising with external bodies ( e.g. Highways authority’s, local councils)- Good understanding of Street works or hold a NRSWA card.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of using SAP and SWIMM systems
  • Great communicator with experience of managing customer expectations.
  • Strong IT skills across the Microsoft office suite of products.
