Tasks

-Supporting and leading client-facing delivery across multiple sectors, including energy, water, infrastructure, and international opportunities. -Strategic advisory services to support investment and business case decisions. -Disputes, claims and variation assessments, including expert advice and report preparation. -Cost control, estimating and benchmarking throughout all project phases.

What You Bring

We currently have an opportunity for a Consultant specialising in cost management and quantity surveying to join our growing Sydney Team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in cost management and a desire to build their career by working on diverse and challenging projects. -Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent. -Experience in contract administration and change management. -Progress towards MRICS or AIQS membership (desirable but not essential). -3+ years’ post-graduate experience in cost management or quantity surveying role -Demonstrated exposure to cost planning, estimating, and cost control. -Good communication skills, including report writing. -Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. -Proficiency in tools such as CostX, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
