Renewables Service & Repair Engineer (Gas qualified)

Overview

Maintain and repair renewable heating/hot‑water systems, diagnosing faults & ensuring safety.

Tasks

-Provide technical support and advice to customers and colleagues -With a friendly and professional attitude, you will build strong relationships with our clients and their tenants, ensuring all works meet the required standards. -Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work. -Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards. -Diagnosing & repairing faults within renewable energy central heating and hot water systems across the region. -Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually.

What You Bring

-Valid Driving License -To comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements. -Experience in renewable energy heating and hot water systems is essential for this role -Skilled at problem solving & decision making -It is important that we complete all the appropriate criminal and reference checks before you start working with us. -Gas qualifications are desirable for this role.
