Tasks

-Analyze blueprints, specifications, and bid documents to prepare detailed estimates for industrial construction projects. -Develop and write proposal documents outlining project scope, assumptions, pricing, and schedules.. -Estimate across multiple trades and disciplines, collaborating closely with internal teams. -Ensure estimating practices are in compliance with company guidelines and contribute to process improvement. -Assess project risks and provide insight on potential cost impacts or scope gaps. -Assist with pricing for change orders on existing contracts and provide ongoing cost updates. -Support preconstruction planning and client engagement as needed. -Prepare complete and competitive estimates, including labor, materials, equipment (crane costs, buyouts), and subcontractor quotes. -Utilize company estimating tools and databases to ensure consistency and accuracy.

What You Bring
