Tasks

-Answer customer inquiries about the materials and services Gentek provides. -Make it easy for customers to do business with us. You are their business partner. -Greet customers as they enter the distribution branch, or as they call. -Provide accurate and helpful information about products, availability, and delivery status. -Maintain accurate documentation related to customers and orders. -Enter and process customer orders through Gentek’s order system.

What You Bring

-Able to read and write word and letter/number sequences. -Completed High School certificate a must. Post-secondary education an asset. -High compliance with standards, requirements, and processes. -Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment. -Experience in the building industry (e.g., hardware store, pro-desk) is valuable, but we are willing to train the right candidate. -Emotional intelligence that facilitates respectful and courteous interactions with customers and other Gentek employees. -Must be computer proficient.
